The Victor Group is owned and operated by Barry Victor. Mr. Victor is a native of Los Angeles and has worked in the LA broadcasting community since 1972. Mr. Victor was the Director of Engineering at Premiere Radio Networks. He had held that position since 1990. In September 1999, Mr. Victor left Premiere as a full time employee and has continued his 12 year association with Premiere Radio as a consultant. Previously Mr. Victor was the chief engineer of several LA radio stations, KROQ AM & FM, KMET-FM and KCSN-FM. He worked for CBS television at KNXT-TV (now KCBS-TV) and at CBS Television City.

Mr. Victor is a member of the SBE, AES and is the vice chairman of the Southern California Frequency Coordinating Committee.
